However if you are not satisfied with the product or the size, we are happy to provide you with a return service

Items purchased on www.isolationofficial.com are eligible for return which must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
  • The items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.
  • The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • ISOLATION will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.

*ISOLATION reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.

Exchange

ISOLATION does not provide exchange service. We recommend that you re-order the product after receiving the refund

 

WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN

*Please allow 7-10 working days for return process

  • Please send a request for a return authorization to our customer service email, return@isolationofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order.(Please provide your order number,phone number and return item)
  • You will receive a return authorization email and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.
  • Please noted that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • You will be informed via email once your return has been received and notify you if the refund was approved or not.
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method. A refund confirmation email will be sent. Please note that all shipping costs will not be refunded
